Actions for social transformation

If you havent seen any of the zeitgeist movies you need to.

The time has come for us to not be dependent on debt and not be slaves to a government that doesn't care about the individual. It is a system of scarcity and not abundance.

Here are some steps on how to change the world for the better: (also can be seen here

Action Steps for Social Transformation

"Zeitgeist was created in the hope that it will inspire people to start looking at the world from a more critical perspective, and to relay the understanding that very often things are not what the population at large think they are. The true understanding of events, both historical and modern, are crucial to the development, awareness and spirituality of the human condition."

"Therefore we need to expose this financial failure for what it is, using this weakness to our advantage. Here are some suggestions [slightly paraphrased]:

1. Boycott Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America, the most powerful controllers in the corrupt Federal Reserve System. Expose the banking fraud. Move your money, credit cards or mortgages to other banks. If you own stock in them, sell it. If you work for them, quit. This gesture will express contempt for the powers behind the private banking cartel known as the Federal Reserve, and it will create awareness about the fraud of the banking system itself.

2. Boycott the news networks (CNN, ABC, NBC, Fox, etc.) and visit the emerging independent news agencies on the internet for your information. With four corporations owning all the news media outlets, objective information is impossible. The true beauty of the internet is that the establishment has been losing control because of this free flow of information. We must protect the internet at all times, as it is truly our savior right now.

3. Boycott the military. Don't ever allow yourself, your family, or anyone you know to join the military. This is an obsolete institution now used exclusively for maintaining an establishment that is no longer relevant. US soldiers work for US corporations, not the people. Propaganda forces us to believe that war is natural and the military is an honorable institution. Well, if war is natural, why are there eighteen suicides every day by veterans who have post-traumatic stress disorder? If our military men and women are so honored, why is it that twenty-five percent of the American homeless population are veterans?

4. Boycott the energy corporations. If you live in a detached house, get off the grid. Investigate every means of making your home self-sustainable with clean energy. Solar, wind and other renewable energies are now affordable consumer realities. Considering the never-ending rising cost of traditional energies, it will likely be a cheaper investment over time. If you drive, get the smallest car you can and consider using one of the many conversion technologies that can enable your car to be a hybrid, electric, or run on anything other than establishment fuels.

5. Reject the political system. The illusion of democracy is an insult to our intelligence. In a monetary system, there is no such thing as a true democracy, and there never was. We have two political parties owned by the same set of corporate lobbyists. They are placed in their positions by the corporations, with popularity artificially projected by their media. In a system of inherent corruption, the change of personnel every couple of years has very little relevance. Instead of pretending that the political game has any true meaning, focus your energy on how to transcend this failed system.

6. Create critical mass. Join the movement. Go to our website and help us create the largest mass movement for social change the world has ever seen. We must mobilize and educate everyone about the inherent corruption of our current world system, along with the only true sustainable solution declaring all the natural resources on the planet as common heritage to all people, while informing everyone as to the true state of technology, and how we can all be free if the world works together rather than fights.

"The choice lies with you. You can continue to be a slave to the financial system and watch the continuous wars, depression, and injustice across the globe, while placating yourself with vain entertainment and materialistic garbage. Or, you can focus your energy on true, meaningful, lasting, holistic change, which actually has the realistic ability to support and free all humans, with no one left behind.

Delcious vegetarian sandwich!

I just made the bestest sandwich in the world and I HAD to share it! I made Pesto (Handful of basil from my plant Ive been growing, 2-3 cloves of garlic, Parmesan Cheese, and Olive Oil blended in a food processor) and had to put something on it!

Here's so nutritional facts of the Pesto:
  • Basil: An excellent source of vitamin K (which helps with blood clotting) and a very good source of iron, calcium and vitamin A (very important in a large number of bodily functions!) In addition, basil is a good source of dietary fiber, manganese, magnesium, vitamin C and potassium. Its a powerful antioxidant, amazing for your heart and protecting arterial walls, has huge anti-inflammatory effects on the body, and is a great anti-bacterial. This is a powerhouse plant and is a sure-fire way to avoid cancer, skin diseases, and it tastes amazing!
  • Parmesan Cheese: One of the lowest calorie and cholesterol cheeses, as well as the lowest in lactose. Its a great source of protein and calcium. Containing more protein than lean beef, Parmesan digests in about 45 minutes compared to a 4-hour digestion time for red meat. Other benefits to the digestion include Parmesan’s ability to promote the development of Bacillus Bifidus, making digestion easier on your system! It also gives your body Magnesium,  Phosphorus, Zinc, and Copper!
  • Garlic: Is is probably my favorite amazing plant. I'm probably going to have to write an entire article on garlic, since it really would be a VERY long explanation. Ill update this when I get around to it =)
  • Olive Oil: protects your body from heart attack and stroke, reduces inflammation, helps with insulin sensitivity in the body, heals arthritis (scientists still aren't sure why yet!) and osteoporosis, and helps keep your heart very healthy! Olive oil is rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin E, long thought to minimize cancer risk. Among plant oils, olive oil is the highest in monounsaturated fat, which doesn’t oxidize in the body, and it’s low in polyunsaturated fat, the kind that does oxidize.

Then I took bread, put some butter on it, and a little Parmesan cheese, and grilled the bread for a few seconds, melting the cheese to it. On The sandwich I Put:
Tomato: In-take of tomatoes has long been linked to heart health. Fresh tomatoes and tomato extracts have been shown to help lower total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. In addition, tomato extracts have been shown to help prevent unwanted clumping together (aggregation) of platelet cells in the blood. Vitamins A, C, B6 And K are going to be your biggest benefits from the wonderful red things! Tomatoes are naturally low in sodium, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. Tomatoes also provide thiamin, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus and copper, all of which are necessary for good health. They also help reduce inflammation, make cancer shake in its boots, and make everything taste awesome....
Spinach: You name in, spinach does it! One cup of spinach has nearly 20% of the RDA of dietary fiber! Its anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, helps with vision, reduces blood pressure, one cup of boiled spinach provides over 1000% of the RDA of vitamin K that can prevent excess activation of osteoclasts (the cells that break down bones), as well as promote the synthesis of osteocalcin, the protein that is essential for maintaining the strength and density of our bones. The abundance of vitamin K in spinach contributes greatly to a healthy nervous system and brain function by providing an essential part for the synthesis of sphingolipids, the crucial fat that makes up the Myelin sheath around our nerves.
Cucumber: This is such a refreshing plant! It hydrates you with water and electrolytes (So its a great hangover cure), has tons of b Vitamins (great for energy and also a hangover cure) reduces inflammation, fights cancer, promotes joint health, helps with weight loss and digestion, and relieves arthritis pain!
vitamins A, B & C and the presence of certain minerals like magnesium, potassium, and silica make cucumbers an essential part of skin care.
Grilled Eggplant: Fiber, almost no fat, less cancer, better skin, and weight loss? SIGN ME UP! Eggplant is an amazing plant.

I put a piece of cheese (any cheese will do, I used Colby Jack) on each slice of bread (both outsides of the sandwich) with some of the pesto in the middle of it and grilled it all together for a few minutes.

SO DELICIOUS! It took only a few minutes to make, and as you can see from the picture it was so delicious I had to take the picture with multiple bites taken out! Haha!

Lost cellphone?

I just have to post this, since I use this rather regularly... calls your phone for you when you dont have any friends to help you out. I use it probably twice a week, haha. If you own a smartphone make sure you get the App Plan B - Its not on Iphone.. since they are so picky with the apps they let you use (Im pretty bias against any Mac products...) but this App has found my phone in forests, in parks, in restaurants, and one time on vacation led me to the trailer in a trailer pak of a man who stole y phone from me when I dropped it at a park in Washington! Its amazing and uses GPS location to find your phone (within about 40 feet) PLAN B! (
